OK! I agree with free speech, and the right to express your opinion..... But if you read someones blog and you have nothing good to say, THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL! I dislike people who have so much built up anger toward women or anything in general that they just have to post obnoxious, cruel, insenstive replies! If you read by blog and it does not interest you, then don't reply! If you have a different opinion, then please do express that opinion in a friendly manner. It's all...

A friend of ours has recently been killed ( 2 nights ago) while snowmobiling not far from his home when he collided into a farm tractor. I am not sure if alcohol was a factor in his death, but why can't people be more careful? He was 30 years old, leaving behind his wife and 5 children. Brent - you will be missed by many There were 33 snowmobile deaths last year in Ontario. My cousin who was 24, died in a snowmobile accident about 3 years ago when he hit a tree. Please people, enjoy th...

Women over 50 don't have babies because they would put them down and forget where they left them. One of life's mysteries is how a 2 pound box of candy can make a woman gain 5 lbs. My mind not only wanders, it sometime leaves completely. The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight shoes. The nice part about living in a small town is that when you don't know what you're doing, someone else does. The older you get, the tougher it is to lose wei...

Why is it that so many people are so quick to criticize others for what and how they write? Some people may not write as eloquently as others, but isn't what they are saying just as important? In most cases anyway. I have read some posts that weren't interesting to me, but that doesn't mean it's not important to the next person. Some people write for themselves, others asking for advice, but doesn't everyone deserve the chance to express their own opinions? This is just my opinion..............

The weather channel says it's about -29 winchill this morning, Gosh I hate the Cold! We live in a small town that has one school and one high school. My son is in Junior Kindergarten. If we lived 1 block further away from the school, my son would take a bus. So to take him to school, we have to walk about 5 blocks, and I have to take my 3 yr old daughter with us. I know it's not that far, but with the windchill and 2 young children, it makes for a long, cold walk. We're supposed to get ...

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well. I walked my son to school this morning and it was freezing rain. Took the new pup with us, she loves the walks, but she's all over the place sniffing. Got home to find that the guys were here to install our new hot water heater. Bought the house in Oct. water heater is probably 15 years old or more. So that's all done and don't have to worry about it. Sorted through all the clothes and blankets etc in our bedrrom closet. OH JOY! Glad it's done. No...

I heard the footsteps again. You may think I'm crazy, but I really do hear them. It was at about 4AM and I thought kids were up. It may freak some people out, but I'm ok with it. More curious than anything. If there is a spirit here, I'd like to know who it is. There is a museum near by where you can go into archives to research your house, see when it was built exactly, maybe find out who owned it before us. So one of these days, hubby and I will go there to see what we can find.

Well here I sit, not sure of what to write, wondering if there is something I could be doing. It's Sunday night, the kids are sleeping and my hubby is resting on the couch. Ben a long day, not sure if I'm tired, bored, or just don't know what to do with myself. Ever have a day like that? Anyway, I tucked my kids into bed about an hour ago, hugged them and kissed them good night and told them how much I love them. My 3 yr old daughter hugged me and said : "I'm so proud of you, Mommy". I'm ...
